I am writing to express my deep disappointment with the delivery service and customer support I received from your company. I recently ordered gates and fences, only to discover the following day that the prices had been reduced. Additionally, the delivery process was unsatisfactory, with two separate deliveries occurring five days apart. Regrettably, when the second delivery by DPD took place, one box was not delivered. Upon reaching out to your customer service team to address both issues, I was disheartened to receive a response stating that they could not take any action. The reply lacked a comprehensive response, and my inquiries about potential resolutions went unanswered. I explicitly requested to speak with senior management, but the response claimed that they were unable to contact me as they are based in France and do not make calls to the UK. The order has been made on 31st December and still waiting for the last fance to be deliver from France and just been dispatcher today:( I would like to say that they call me and sort out the issue on the end. Good quality on the material and fances are amazing.

I ordered and mounted the B150 ranger model. It does not appear super robust but does its job very well. Instructions are easy. We had to be creative in mounting as we had to weld the connector plates to the round gate posts. That was also a piece of cake. Some extra puzzling as the gat e we worked on was not a standard 90 degrees placed on the driveway. Left side opens < 90% and right needs the full 110. Works. For that price a very decent product, happy. Distance on which remote operates the gate also very nice. Mounting, including welding and puzzling, adjusting and setting proper config took us 3.5 hours with 2 people (and it was fun :-))
