I had to visit as I had been notified that the flooring I had on order could no longer be supplied. The assistant was very helpful indeed, explaining our alternative choices, checking their availability, and gaining me a 10% discount as well. Not five stars as several wood parquet floors on display turned out to be unavailable to order.

Great service and everything is in proper order. If you need assistance, they will come quickly and answer your questions. The cashiers and the people at the front desk are approachable too.

The store had the parts I needed however getting anyone to help you find them, forget it. I found them myself in the end. Staff were standing around chatting to each other while customers were searching for items. Prices, except for a few specials, were well elevated.
